ONE OF THE BEST ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS I'VE BEEN IN SINCE I WAS A CHILD.. YOU JUST DON'T FIND SCHOOLS LIKE 104 ANYMORE, NOR DO YOU FIND A PRINCIPAL & STAFF THAT ARE MORE DEDICATED TO OUR CHILDREN. FROM THE FIRST TIME I WALKED IN THE SCHOOL MY CHILDREN & I WERE WELCOMED WITH OPEN ARMS. I LOVE 104 FOR MY CHILDREN BY FAR.. I HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THE PRINCIPAL THE STAFF & THE PARENTS AND I BELIEVE THAT IF WE CONTINUE TO WORK TOGETHER OUR CHILDREN WILL SUCCEED. MY SON ATTENDED A DIFFERENT SCHOOL FOR PRE-K AND IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR THE BOTH OF US. THERE WASN'T 1 DAY THAT HE DIDN'T CRY. IT WASN'T UNTIL I CHANGED HIS SCHOOL TO P.S 104 THAT I NOTICED IT WAS THE ENVIRONMENT ALL ALONG. HE DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS SO NEGATIVE AND UNINVITING. SINCE HIS TRANSFER TO 104, MY SON HAS BE BECOME A DIFFERENT CHILD. THE STAFF IS SO PATIENT AND SO CARING. THEY MADE HIM FEEL LIKE IF HE WERE AT HOME AND THAT ONLY LED TO HIS PROGRESSION. I KNEW MY SON HAD IT IN HIM AND THE PRINCIPAL AND THE STAFF BROUGHT IT OUT OF HIM. THE WARMNESS THAT HE FELT WHEN WE FIRST STEPPED FOOT IN THE SCHOOL BECAUSE I FELT IT AS WELL. I COULD JUST SEE IN HIS FACE THAT HE WAS HAPPY AND HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANY TROUBLE STAYING IN SCHOOL AGAIN. THANKS P.S 104. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO INVITING AND WELCOMING. THANK YOU FOR BEING DEDICATED TO THE EDUCATION OF OUR CHILDREN. THANK YOU. ;-)

The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, every child is treated as an equal individual and the faculty do there best to encourage growth and the fun of learning
