We sent our daughter to IC for Kindergarten. She has a great teacher. She has learned so much this year. I think it is great that they have Spanish as part of the curriculum at this age. We debated financially whether to continue, however, when it came down to it we are more than willing to pay for our children to attend IC after our daughters experience,

We planned on only using the school for Kindergarten. We were so impressed we stayed. We are not religious, but find the core values great. The kids are also way ahead of public school. We would be Fayetteville Elementary. My son had a hard time reading and they were all over it. Teachers are so committed, they teach because they love kids. Small and friendly. It is a great sheltered environment and we are glad to have it!

We sent our son to IC for kindergarten. He learned nothing. In public first grade (Mott Road Elementary), he qualified for extra help and was not up to the level of preparedness of other first graders. Why didn't IC recognize he needed help? If your child can hold their own or is advanced, IC might be fine. Not good for other kids. I would much rather my son have received more reading help than to have taken Spanish class in kindergarten.

We love IC school. The teachers are amazing, the principal is THE BEST around and the school, itself, is well-maintained. I cannot say enough about this school. We love it and plan to send all of our children here.

Immaculate Conception (I.C)is a school. They teach compassion, empathy, and caring for others as well as academics. I.C is a school that values community and instills in children self pride and respect for others. Their academic program is excellent.

Snooty school, has favoritism over who they allow in, teaches kids to be competitive and live in a bubble. Otherwise great academic learning.

I couldn't offer a higher recommendation for Immaculate Conception School. I have found the quality of the academic programs to be outstanding. Parents are actively involved in day-to-day operations. The campus is beautiful, the staff loving and motivated. My son, a fifth-grader who has always read at a level at least two grades above his own, is consistently challenged and stimulated by school. My third-grade daughter had some health difficulties last year, and missed quite a few days. Her teachers were uniformly concerned, and spent the extra effort to bring her up to speed so that she could finish with her class. My youngest, currently in first grade, loves the comforting structure of the school day, as well as the School's focus on values and self-discipline. The music program has resulted in one of the top elementary school choirs in the county, and all three have taken Spanish since Kindergarten.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
