I attended both Frewsburg Central and High Schools. They were the best years of my life growing up. Although I can't really compare my experience to other schools (because I never attended any other schools), others peers of mine who went else where have expressed they didn't like their schools. Southwestern is a bunch of rich/snobby kids, Jamestown is the "inner city" kids (with way to many kids in their classes to get the attention they need), Randolph is the country kids (yes, even more country than Frewsburg) and Falconer is comparable to Frewsburg. Frewsburg High School has a big pool (for swim teams and gym class), great teachers who really care, a nice, clean school, and small classes. When I graduated in 2005, my graduating class was around 80 or 85 students (including 4 Foreign Exchange Students!).

i have worked there for 20 years and my kids have all graduated from there and my grandkids now go there. the faculty, staff and students are the best, the programs are the best, they actually have teachers that care, really care about the kids and their families. i wouldnt work anywhere else. it feels like family instead of coworkers, and the kids are like your own kids, its just the best school with the nicest people

If your child can not keep up with the class since they move to fast, as most schools do these days because of the State Tests they will struggle. Although they try to help those in need, they mostly put more effort towards the ones who are succeding; especially in sports. When we first came here that was the first thing they pushed; on how many different sports you can participate in.

Small school, but the faculty is dedicated, has high expectations. May not have a full slate of AP or Electives, but teachers will push kids to achieve their best.
