I attended GMU all the way through school, and have gone on to teach and observe at many districts throughout NY and VT and have to say that for an small public high school in a very middle class area, they do a very good job. The school and the experience is what you make of it. Everyone is extremely flexible and always willing to work with any student or parent.

yes it is wonderful. my daughter enjoyed attending GMU for her middle school years and she is very upset that she does not attend this school anymore. overall she thinks that the teachers were amazing and she got along with each and every one of them.

This school is a big disappointment. Our 11th grade son is being forced to attend an alternative school to recieve a GED instead of a regents diploma. The principal,the guidance office and the superintendant also have agreed that next year is not an option to attend regular high school because our son will be 18. We are very dissapointed with the principal,guidance and the superintendant of this school district. Our son has doubled up on 11th and 12th grade classes in order to graduate with his class in June of 2005 but is in danger of failing 11th grade and will not have the option to advance into 12th grade.
