The teachers and staff really care about the kids. And the small community atmosphere extends into the school. I am proud to be a Panther Mom.

i am a seinor at gowanda high school. I wish to speak my mind about this school. This year has to be the hardest year of school but thats not it. It has been the most exiting as well. I greatly thank the staff at gowanda high school for all their help in getting me through the year. Sincerly, A gowanda high school student. 4/22/2008

It has served my children well, enthusiatsic teachers who care and 'get after' the kids they care about. They are proactive about problems, resolve concerns professionally...we have surrounded our children with awesome adults and great role models!

I am a parent of 2 Gowanda Students one graduated and one a Senior this year. I can honestly say from my view point Gowanda is good and getting better. Improvements in the high school alone include improve the repor with students adding incentives for the older students. Also they are expanding our cirriculum. Some of our most recnt additions being Intro to Psycology, Creative Writing and Intro to Forensic Science. They currently offer AP Engish as well as AP Social Studies. They are definitly bringing our school up to competion with larger districts. We currently have what I feel is the best music Department available from grade school straight up to the Senior High Level. And as a we are awares children involved in the Arts are much more likely to excel in ther other studies. There is much more I could say but our words our limited here.
