I was very impressed with this school. The principal is progressive. The student body is diverse. The classrooms foster creativity, discussion, reading and writing. I'd send my kids here in a heartbeat. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the school only hosts K-3rd grade. 4th grade is too early to make the jump to middle school (which this district requires).

GWL UFSD is a wonderful community of great teachers, students, and families! We help in times of need (food, clothing, disasters, loss of life). We celebrate the community, our love for our country, and the world community...Education is very important to the community. The school district strives to provide an education for all our students.

The new principal is the best. Great changes for the better. The whole school district will benefit from his influence.
