Hampton Bays Middle School Is amazing. It's a newly built green school and it's so clean and beautiful. Some of the teachers are great you just have to get on their good side! The only thing I don't like About the school is that some of the teachers don't teach right. They'll either go to fast or explain something that will still be confusing after the explain it. The principal Mr.Schug is amazing and a really nice guy. And you'll LOVE Mr Stype when u get to 7th and 8th grade. Some of the teachers teach amazingly though and they'll have an amazing format of teaching and explain everything thoroughly. I LOVE HBMS and it's the best school in the district. The kids in SH and WH might argue that their district is better, but trust me their NOT. Go Baymen!!!

My son graduated HB middle school 2012. All I have is praise for the teachers staff members & administration. It is the first "Green School" on Long Island. The staff and faculty are a group of people who care about our children. They will go that extra mile. The middle school has excellent teachers and most, who love their jobs. The Washington trip will never be forgotten. The students enjoyed spending time with their teachers on a different playing ground. Not just as educators but as awesome people too! Our kind and caring Super of HB Schools was among the chaperones and he added an amazing twist to the trip. Hampton Bays, YOU ROCK!

Great teachers who care with clubs and activities that kids can get involved in as well as being a green and healthy school environment.
