Sapphire Elementary is an amazing school! I could not have asked for a better K-1 school for my children. The teachers are both nurturing and highly skilled at their jobs. The current principal is absolutely fantastic, and very funny as well! She encourages the children to be kind to each other, and she is very on top of the district's No Bullying policy. The specials teachers are also wonderful and they engage the children in activities above and beyond what you would normally find in a typical elementary school. Parent participation is encouraged in many capacities, both inside and outside of the classroom. Safety and security at this school is also top-notch. I cannot give this school enough praise! You will not find another school with a more friendly, warm and loving atmosphere. This school gets an A++++!

My daughter needed extra help coming into the school. They were able to put her in a regular class and pull her out for special Ed for Math and Reading. The teachers are fantastic and go above and beyond. They have music, art and gym. There are extracurricular activities available in the area. It is hard to be involved when you work full-time. All PTA activities are pretty much during the day.

I feel the academic programs are outstanding. My daughter was in need of extra help in reading and math, she received it and has caught up to the rest of the class. Music, art, sports and computers are readily available. The PTA in the school is difficult for working parents to be involved in. Most of the meetings are weekday mornings. I found it difficult to be involved.
