I personally went there and believe that Hewlett provides an excellent source of education in a thriving community of caring people and above all educators.

Hewlett is by far one of the best schools in one of the best districts on Long Island. The teachers are caring and involved. Extracurricular activities are wonderful, of course there are fees for all. The school has recently been renovated within the last 5 years or so and it is a beautiful school inside and out. The only disappointment I have encountered when dealing with this school is that since our district is a quite wealthy one, wealthy families are catered to, leaving those of us who are not among the wealthy having to be aggressive when it comes to our childrens education. In other words, if there is any problem, and if you are not in their faces, you are invisible.

This is a very warm, attentive, academic environment. The building is bright and invites learning at all levels. The Principal and Assistant Principal make it their business to get to know all the children personally, and strive to educated at a higher level of learning.

An exceptional environment. Not only because of its high quality academics and staff, but because of the concern and caring everyone at the school shows about the children. At Hewlett, the children are truly first, and it shows!

I had foster chidren enrolled here for 1 year. The guidance counselor and wocial worker made sure that they were introduced to the children and visited their classrooms once a week to see how they were doing. The teachers were wonderful and concerned.
