We love this school! The teachers are amazing and Mrs. Marino is wonderful. The staff is generally courteous. I was very surprised to see a rating of 5 out of 10.
The school is run great, even with the number of students, including the mix of students bused in to create intercultural balance. The principal is there for all the activities, curricular and extracurricular and great effort is made to make learning fun at school.
Our children love this school! The teachers are wonderful and Mrs. Marino creates and fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere. I wanted my children to go to St. Pat's, but for many reasons they wound up at Southdown. God works in mysterious ways...I wouldn't change a thing! Thanks Mrs. Marino and all the faculty at Southdown for the amazing experience and education my children are getting!
A wonderful caring family, atmosphere. Their phonics program is amazing. My son was reading 80% better after 2 weeks of phonics. I highly recommend Southdown.
