This is a fabulous school. We often run into parents who say this is the best school in the universe. Why? The teachers. They care about the kids, are wise in their knowledge of Montessori, and have both the experience and training to follow through on the school's idealistic mission statement. EAC is a welcoming and loving community that will nurture your child to his or her fullest potential, as it has ours.

My daughter has gone to EACMSI from kindergarten through middle school. It's been terrific for her. Academically superb, especially middle school: seminar-type classes with lots of discussion and analysis, hands-on science, many excellent field trips, French and Latin. Many kids go into high school at the honors or even the tenth-grade honors level. The music program is outstanding (not many other extracurricular activities, but the band is beyond first-rate); art's also a good program. Teachers are talented, motivated, innovative, and caring. Not surprisingly for a private school, parents are very involved.

I am so happy with the school so far. My daughter is happier in school than she has ever been. She is excited about learning and feels great about herself! What a difference this school has made for her and for our family.
