Freedom Academy is a hands on school when my son started going there last year he was receiving D and F. Also, he had fail the tenth grade. He finished the 2008 school year with A and B. The teaching staff is great and will hold the students accountable in their schooling. My son is not from New York so he lives on campus at Freedom Academy. I am glad that there is program out there to help our children when the public schools can't
