I am pulling my child out of this school. I wrote a letter of complaint to the Principal (and cc'd it to the Superintendent), and they did not have the decency to response. The teachers and counselor do not take the time to get to know a student, but will make judgments based on subjective data, instead of objective data, and getting to know your child. There is poor communication between counselors and teachers. If your child is very shy or has high functioning autism, but does not require special services, this school is not for him/her. In talking to other moms, they have heard this about Soule Rd. Middle, but state that Liverpool Middle School is very responsive and supportive. This school may score well in NY State testing, but what good is it, if they do not support parents or have the decency to respond to a letter.

This school is fantasctic!! My daughter goes here and she always comes home with good reports. She loves it at SRM. SRM is so encouraging with homework and is helpful when your child needs help. The teachers are great and caring when it comes to teaching. They are so kind and consiterate! The extracurricular activites are also wonderful, from Science Olympia to Volleyball and Soccer. It is the best middle school in CNY and I hope they continue there existing for a long while.
