I am so glad my son is a student here! I did NOT want him to attend another Long Beach school after his elementary experience. The teachers are top notch. Their interest is in the student's well being and it is evident in the children's view of the teachers. My son is learning and does not even know it! The only negative is the recess period, children are assigned seats based on the first day of school and their class group. I think the children should be able to interact with their friends, not just classmates.

the long beach middle school is a place for children to learn. It is a remarkable school. It has so many great teachers and a wonderful principal. I am looking forward to many more years of this middle school.

Long Beach has an excellent school district in general. Long Beach Middle School has a great staff of teachers, who in my personal experience always have the best interest of the students in mind. Excellent sports coaches as well!
