P.S.290 is a wonderful school. My daughter Emily is extremely comfortable here. Because even though PS290 is a small school they are very advance in their teaching methods and have excellent communication skills when informing the parents of their child's progress, school events, etc. The whole experience feels like the kind of connection one has with their family. Great parent involvement. Teachers are fine academically.
