It's an amazing school. There's really nothing else to say. The love you feel as soon as you walk in the door is something you will never feel at any other school. The brothers are phenomenal; especially Brother Gary. He is one of the most loving, accepting, and understanding men I have ever had the privilege to meet.

I graduated St. Anthony's in 2012 and I absolutely loved the school. Had a great time, I actively participated in many clubs and activities, and I got into many top notch colleges. I highly recommend this school, and everyone I know loved their 4 years there. Truly a fantastic education!

My son has completed his first year at St. Anthony's high school and we are thrilled. The academic program is challenging and top notch. The teachers and administrators are supportive, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for their students. The character of the student is vital. Athletic program is one of the best in the state! I would highly recommend st. Anthony's to any parent who truly values a solid academic and spiritual education.

My 2nd child just graduated from St Anthony's after spending his freshman year in public school and then transferring. It was the best decision he ever made according to him. He was definitely challenged academically taking 6 AP courses in his senior year and getting some of those credits transferred upon his acceptance to Notre Dame. I don't believe he would have been accepted to Notre Dame had he remained in public school....but that's just my opinion! I also believe the money spent was well worth it. I have 4 children - 2 of whom attended public school and 2 attended St Anthony's. If I could do it again, all of them would have been at St Anthony's. You can't put a price and the things learned there such as respect and discipline. I also liked the aspect of added religion in the program. The only downside with St Anthony's is the overcrowding. There are just too many students in the building but Brother Gary runs an awesome building nonetheless. Everythign they do is very organized. I would definitely recommend the school to anyone moving to the area or presently here and not happy with their public school system.

I used to go to this school. I liked it sometimes and hated it at other times. Although public school can be a drag sometimes, the academics are far more better in all aspects. You're being surrounded with real world situations by attending public school. St. Anthony's isn't reality. Definitely reconsider placing your child here if you actually want them to succeed academically. $8,000 a year is way too much for a school that really doesn't challenge you when it comes to schoolwork. After 4 years, you would've spent $32,000 on high school when you easily can just send your child to public school, SAVE $32,000 and put that towards a much better college that'll probably accept you quicker than if you went to St. Anthony's because your grades would've been 10x better.

Overall a great school where the students can get involved in many extracurricular activities. Most teachers take a personal interest in the students and programs. Saint Anthony s has a very good reputation with colleges and will open doors to quality Universities.

Saint Anthony's high school is overrated. The academic programs available are not nearly as diverse as most of the public high schools on long island. As an alumni of St. Anthony's, I saw the schools reputation diminish to an extent while tuition continued to rise.

St. Anthony's is a wonderful school. Their academics and sports are great. The best part is the discipline. Although I felt it was too harsh as a student there, I know now it was the best for us. It kept us in line and concentrating on what was important. Only now I appreciate it even more being that I work in a public school in Brooklyn! The tuition is high but well worth it.

My experience at St. Anthonys high school was excellent. I would recommand anybody who was thinking about sending their child there to do so.

St. Anthony's is one of the most academically progressive schools with an excellent athletic department. What makes this school premier is the diversity it offers to all of its' students whether they are involved in the athletics or choose to focus in other extra curricular activities there is a place for everyone. My child absolutely loves this school.

Not only is St. Anthony's an excellent academic and athletic high school, but it has a great atmosphere for the students. The spirituality of St. Anthony's is tangible, and makes a difference. My daughters, one graduate, one a current student have always been eager to go to school. That speaks volumes for the place.

Exceptional opportunity for any student willing to work hard. Certainly, other Catholic high schools on L.I. also have excellent standards ( i.e., Holy Trinity, Kellenberg, its brother-school Chaminade, and others that we are fortunate to have to choose from) my son has received outstanding opportunities at St. Anthony.

St. Anthony's has extremely high academic standards. Passing rates for regents classes are very high, and the AP program continues to grow in quality each year. Teachers who work in this school see their work as more than just a job - they see it as a vocation to Catholic Education. Any student who participates in both the academic and social life of this school will leave it as well-rounded young adult ready to face the challenges of college.

St. Anthony's is grossly overrated! The level of academic instruction is weak. Critical thinking skills are not stressed. Most work involves rote memorization. There is no uniform curriculum for many courses. For example, Living Environment is taught, but the NY State curriculum is not routinely followed! My daughter was not taught ecology, which was about 30% of the regents curriculum! Many of the teachers are weak and the administration is decades behind the times in terms of responsiveness to students, curriculum and instruction! Do yourself a favor and send your child somewhere else if you want a quality education!

St. Antyhony's is one of the academically most difficult schools and has the best sports program in New York state. As a present student, I can only emphasize the wonderful values of the students and our welcoming, positive attitude. If you are considering a catholic high school, you will not find a better school then St. Anthony's.

As an alumni of the school, I can say whole-heartedly that St. Anthony's was a tremendous experience. The academics were top-notch, with many AP courses being offered. The sports program is outsstanding, as is the music and theatre programs. Every conceivable extra-curricular activity is offered. Being a St. Anthony's graduate means something, both to colleges and to the 'real world'

St. Anthony's H.S. was the best decision our family has made in the best interest of our 3 childrens future. Sports at St. A's is second to none,our sons played football /lacross, our daughter played lacross swim team all three children experienced championship wins in all sports. Very family orientated
