Sacred Heart I a wonderful school, the quality of education is superb. The school althetic program, music program and all the other programs offered at this school has really enriched my children's lives. They look forward to getting up and going to school daily. The staff is wonderful as well as the many parents I meet since my children have been attending this school.

While I have been graduated from the school for many years, some of my best memories are from my years at SHS. My teachers were wonderful and kind and I made some of my best friends here. I can't remember a time when I was stressed out here...all I remember is happy things. Great place, and now I am sure it's even better.

SHS is the best. I feel that my children are safe and are receiving a wonderful education. They had made wonderful friends and the teachers and families are so caring. I couldnt imagine my children anywhere else.

Sacred Heart School in Monroe was the answer to our prayers when it came time to look for an alternative to our school district. I am constantly amazed by the excellence in education I see on a daily basis but am overwhelmed by the enthusiasm I get from parents and students in higher grades. Just when you thought you finally got the best, most fun teacher... someone in a higher grade can't wait to share their enthusiasm about their experience. I am so happy we chose SHS for our son. He is getting an outstanding education and the morals we are teaching him at home are reinforced by the school as well as the parents of his schoolmates.

Sacred Heart School, Monroe is the best school hands down! The family atmosphere really sets us apart from other schools. I love Sacred Heart because it is a family oriented school. Everybody helps each other with anything. The only thing this school is lacking is funding. Sacred Heart could do so much more if we have just little more funding. I would'nt send my child to any other school than Sacred Heart.

my nieces attend sacred heart school and are having a thoughtful and progressive educational experience.

This school is seems to hold its true word on Faith, Knowledge, and Value. The teachers offer more to their students with extra help in their courses, study habits, and homework too. The principle is out going on providing SHS students with a good education and keeping up with state tests. Our pastor is also committed to providing SHS students with excellent academic standards in education and is there to greet the children morning and after school with the principal. SHS school has shown to be very supportive and understanding to the children there.

Sacred Heart School provides a loving, family environment for children. There are many active parents at the school who enrich the curricular and extracurricular activities. The principal and the teachers are extremely dedicated and creative. They engage the children beyond the textbooks. The 3rd grade social studies curriculum included the children making passports and simulating plane travel to imagine they were actually going to the countries they studied. When they 'arrived' in each country, they created crafts, celebrated national holidays, and even put on cultural dress costumes, some the children made themselves. The fourth grade social studies unit on Colonial America include recreating a colonial village for the school. Each child had to select a trade, research it, and make materials in a 'shop' they set up. My daughter will never forget her role as a milliner in the colonial village. She was very excited about each step in the preparation process. When the day finally came, the children had an absolute ball! They taught and learned from each other. The project was not costly, and the learning experience couldn't have been duplicated by simply reading about the colonial period. Finally, we have a wonderful pastor who is fully committed to providing SHS children with a first-rate education.

Sacred Heart in Monroe is a great school with a creative and enthusiastic faculty, an extremely active parents' association, and a dedicated and caring administration. Our pastor is sincerely supportive of our school and you can find him there every day. He greets the children most mornings and sees them off onto the buses at the end of the day. We are very blessed to have him.

There is no place like Sacred Heart in Monroe, NY. With much less money than the public schools, Sacred Heart still manages to educate the whole child - not only academically and physically, but spiritually as well. Free of the bureaucracy and lethargy that plague most large public school systems, and with a tradition of emphasizing discipline and academic excellence, Sacred Heart has withstood the test of time when many parochial schools are dwindling. And some how manage to spend nearly half the money per pupil in comparison. It is the quality teachers employed at Sacred Heart School and the Sacred Heart Parish as well as parishes of the surrounding community who contribute to our school that makes us so successful. We are extremely fortunate to have such a wonderful school!

Sacred Heart School provides my children with a quality education that is encompassed with basic moral values and guidance. The school reinforces our home's standards and expectations. I love this school because it instills values that I believe in. Every child is made to feel special. There is so much love and guidance provided. My daughter loves going to Sacred Heart School and can't wait for Mondays to come so she can go back and see all her friends and beloved teachers. She has thrived both academically and spiritually and truly enjoys going to school. I have an older daughter who attended public school and weekly religious education and I can't compare the two experiences. When my daughters class made their First Holy Communion, I was proud of all the children and shared their parents joy. This was so different from when my older daughter made hers. I didn't even know who was in her class or their parents!

Sacred Heart school in Monroe N.Y. is not just a great school because of its wonderful teachers, staff or the great principle, but more than that we are a family and are always there helping and supporting each other. The children are very respectful to everyone and taught values that every parent hopes to instill in their child. My children love the school and can't wait to go back and see their friends, even over summer vacation!! Class size is wonderful, academics are great and they offer various afterschool activities.
