I have two children one is in 2nd grade, Miller and the other in 4th grade Highview and I am so pleased academically as well as the teachers thus far and I see the effort to help my children wherever its needed. Most importantly the secretaries staff that is within the schools. It is so important to be welcomed! when you call and of much help that the secretaries give in my experience when I call a school, I had much contact with the secretaries and they made me feel very comfortable no matter when I call with a particular subject. The enrichment classes are well worth joining as well, after a hard days work.

I have two boys in George Miller Elementary, Kindergarten and First Grade. I have loved the teachers they've had so far. The curriculum is unbelievable. Unreal what they learn by first grade already. Kudos to the teaching staff. After school programs are available and are fun and educational. Parent participation is welcomed and high.

I have had two sons go through Miller, they have both had a wonderful experience. Academically they have done very well. They have both enjoyed the music and art programs very much. In many schools today these programs have been cut so we are grateful that they have been so fortunate. The level of parent involvement is very high. As working parents we have been able to be involved in our son's school experience. We are very happy with this school.

There is a positive, caring atmosphere about this school that has contributed to my daughter's being happy and successful there -- she's a first grader. I have been very pleased with both her kindergarden and first grader teachers.

I find the academic program in the kindergarten classes to be fulfilling and quite educational for the students. Availability of extracurricular activities is prevalent. Parent involvement is wonderful. I have had a few conversations with the vice principal of the school and have found him to be extremely helpful in his follow up to get me answers for my child. I truly feel Miller is one of the best schools in the county.

Wonderful academic program. Activities abound and they have a great after school program for children grades Kindergarten and up for working parents as well as before school programs. Many parents get involved and truly care about what happens to their children. The school district I believe is one of the best ones in the county.

Miller School has many good things to offer, including outstanding teachers and probably the best music program anywhere. They offer a wide range of resources to special education students. They offer absolutely nothing for gifted students. Further, it has been my personal experience and of other parents, as well, that school and district administration are openly contemptuous of parents who question their methods, taking the attitude of benevolent tyrant.

my son had a wonderful kindergarten expierence at this school. There were a wide variety of afterschool programs such as cooking, reading and computers. Parents always felt welcome. My son learned a lot and had a caring teacher.

My son just stated Kindergarden. It is now April and he has learned to read and does wonderful in math. The school has done an outrageous job in making his first year a great one. The principal and Assistant Principal are always around ready to help and participate. The staff is all great. I have heard nothing but good things about all the teachers in this school, but I can only speak for Ms. Fizzinoglia. If all teachers wee like her, we would really have happy students and quick learners.
