My son was placed there after his 1st and 2nd choice middle did not select him. This school has no parent involvement. Our first parent association meeting consisted of 6 parent, which included my husband and I. What they are not going to tell you is that this school is moving Sept. 2011 to currently and undisclosed area in District 3. I removed my son and placed him elsewhere. I do diligently advised the school staff i.e. Principal, Asst. Principal, and especially the Parent Coord. who is rude and anti-parent. Today a DOE attendance person came to my home seeking my child since he was being marked absent and still on their attendance roll (16 days). The woman was astounded when she was told that we had informed all parties regarding my son transfer to the other school. This school is being set up for failure in my opinion.
