This school's administration is one of the worst I have ever seen. Some of the people that work here are not helpful and incredibly rude. I hate to see my taxes put to such poor use. I hope the NYC Dept. of Education would take it upon themselves to perform corrective action where warranted and replace the staff with those that are more caring and courteous in order to foster a better and healthier learning environment.

I am a 5th grade student at P.S. 2, and I've been here since Pre-K. This school is great for kids. All the teachers are friendly, and they always try to push them a little farther to the next level. They also try to

Ms. Jung of 5th grade is the best teacher my son has ever had. I've never seen a teacher who is so caring, observant and so willing to help her student suceed. She takes every opportunity to help her student out. SHE IS THE BEST!!! This school is really great! The Principal, supervisors and staff are all very accommodating. You will see how they work as a team. Thank you very much PS 2 and a BIG thanks to Ms. Jung.

P.S. #2 Rocks!!! The Trickle Down effect is evident at PS#2 The principal is an inspiring leader and the teachers ,in turn, inspire their students to learn. In addition, the Collaborative classes have a great reputation in NYC

Many of the students enter the school with limited English language skills and excel because of the motivation and expertise of the teaching staff. The teachers at P.S.2 go that extra mile and then some for their students. This school deserves to win!

So far two of my children attend P.S. 2 Meyer London School, and we love the school very much. The teachers that my children have are great. The Principal and staff are involved and really care about my children's success. I wouldn't want my children anywhere else.

Our son just completed his Pre-K year at PS 2. Ms. Lisa Cheu is an exemplary, progressive teacher. Her class participates in a program at the American Museum of Natural History, with monthly field trips to the museum. Other trips included attending performances at the Tribeca PAC, Children's Museum of Manhattan, and the NY Aquarium. The program is science based, and stresses active student and parental involvement. Students are encouraged to question the science experiments and develop their own experiments. The year culminates in a school-wide science fair where the students take turns teaching and questioning each other.
