how does the town pick which school a child will attend

I'm moving here soon and would like to know which elementary my daughters will be in. I would love to visit the school before hand

Unfortunately, the chance of finding another family from a particular town with children of similar ages to your own is slim, and they probably wouldn't be able to answer the attendance boundary question for you. If you have already got a home or apartment address, you can probably call the main school district office, and ask them which elementary school your children would go to. If you don't yet know where you'll be living, you might want to use the "Research and Compare" feature on the green menu bar near the top of this page, to see how schools in that town rank on statewide testing, and then move into it's attendance zone.20863
