Profile Completeness

BASIC

Want to improve this school’s profile? You can!

All schools on GreatSchools begin with BASIC completeness, which includes important information like contact details and test scores. It’s up to the school community to take the next steps. As a parent or community member, you can share what you know with other families by writing a review or answering a few questions about what the school offers. As a school leader, you can upload photos, describe school programs, and more with an Official school profile.

The completeness meter moves to INTERMEDIATE, then ADVANCED, and finally HONOR ROLL as you complete the following: 10 or more reviews, at least 1 photo, and 9 program questions parents find helpful.

It was a good school starting my freshman year but In my junior year the school had more violence involving students and they were in the bathroom so teacher had to lock up bathrooms during the time students had to pass to get to the next class for 10 minutes and during lunch time. Also now because of an incident that injured a school officer and a student from Humanities(school in same building) there has been Metal detectors that have been put up and the officer do not act professional on the job.

Yeah a school that sponsors chipotle and not nothing that actually helps. Yeah no. Also this school likes to pick favorites trust me if you work hard it don't pay off here they worship the kids who do minimal work. They proved it to us when we were at the auditorium and they where picking out kids who inspire them most. Most of these kids where trouble makers. Also this school dose not encourage to help or interact with the new kids no sense of community. Then they force us to do stupid programs that we don't even care about. Like the other guy said i cant wait to get out this school

To the student comment posted on Oct 16 - I respect your opinion but I'm totally disagree with you. This is a great school with a new and innovative curriculum adapted to the growing technology with a modern education concept. I"m a parent deeply involved in the education of my son and I'm satisfied and happy with this school. I have never seen my son So happy and motivated to go school every single day; even though he commute one hour 20 minutes (1 way). By assisting to PTA meetings and Parent Teacher conferences I have met most of the teachers, the principal and another key persons of the school; and I think they are a highly qualified team that put all the enthusiasm, energy and motivation to help our kids in the path to college. Personally, I admire the principal and her team that actively look for more engagements and partnership with other institutions to provide extra-curricular programs for the benefit of their students. Teachers are GREAT and I can say (base in my interaction with them) that they love teaching and care about their students' academic education. The greatness of a school depends of the team work of students, teachers, and parents! EXCELLENT HIGH SCHOOL!

As a student who came into Hudson high school with no grades lower than 87 i was promised teachers who care about the students education, challenging academics and a safe environment. This school is very below average, the students are disrespectful and could care less about they're fellow students or they're own education. There are one or two fairly good teachers but the rest lack motivation to teach and help they're students better them selves. This school accepts people with averages below 60, but of course to make the school look good when ever an important person comes by they showcase the smarter students who honestly should be attending a school much more challenging. There are endless fights and very minor precautions taken to stop them. When they speak to you about the school they make it look and sound like the best school to be in, its honestly the complete opposite. I regret ever coming to this school, if you have plans in not attending a GOOD college then this is the place for you. Im almost 100% sure the students in this school will graduate with not one clue as to what next steps to take to get to college. I feel stupid in this school and cant wait to leave.
