Millennium has many wonderful aspects to it, not the least of which is its Advisory program. Also, the environment is very welcoming and accepting for all kids.

Millennium is good, but everyday I have to wait a longtime to go down to the first floor because we only have 3 elevators. We can go out for lunch, that's the favorite thing I like about this school. However, Millennium don't have more money to have a third Mandarin teacher, that's why I stuck in Mandarin 1, which is too easy for me. I mostly about Millennium's con, but I like this school.

The school is very clean and organize. Although it is only the first few day of school, I can feel that the people spends a lot of time on it. The school has 3 floors inside a building. It is the 11th to 13th floor. It is pretty lucky that we have elevators so we didn't needed to walk up. The security in Millennium High School is really strict. We have to use ID cards before we enter the building and when we have to go out for lunch.

This school allows students to slowly develop on their learning and knowledge. I'm currently in 9th grade right now and i've spent a great time learning there so far. All the teachers would give their very best ability to transfer of what they have learned to us, their fellow students. Thank you for what they've done.

This is a great school. Even though the work load is heavy teachers love what they teach they are always willing to help students that struggle. Student teacher relationships are great. This school is a Bully free zone and for the four years i have been in it i cannot tell a lie I have not faced peer pressure.

I love this school. The environment is so relaxing, different, peaceful and everyone is friendly. There are so many lounges where you can relax during lunch .This school has completely changed me, I used to be a shy nervous kid in middle school, but now I am a completely different person.I feel welcomed and comfortable, and it is very diverse. This school is not for everyone though. If you don't really study for exams or do your homework, then it is hard to get good grades in the school. It is very hard to get a 90+ average in the school. The teachers do not accept late homework, even with missing one, your whole average gets messed up. If you are a hardworker, I recommend you come here. The teachers push you to do the best you can, and you advisor helps you get through problems in school. I get about three or four hours of homework, but it depends on your teachers. Every kid gets their own locker. You learn a lot about analyzing, reflecting on your work, presentation skills and answering the question 'so what?'. Overall, I love Millennium. Sure, it makes you work very hard, but at the end it is worth it.

I'm not going to lie, Millennium pushes all its students. Very often, though through fault of my own, I have lost a lot of sleep between community service, homework and my failing attempts to maintain a social life. I love almost all of my teachers and can say for a fact I respect them. Classes are challenging in the way that in order to succeed, I have to think deeper and harder than I have ever before. I love the balance that the school gives towards classes, though I do wish they'd be able to offer more APs. I do believe however, that the math department needs some serious makeovers as I spent the past year basically teaching myself or learning from other subject teachers. The new principal, Mr. McEvoy used to be the VP and I have the upmost faith that he will continue to run the school as Mr. Rhodes would've intended it. MHS has opened up so many doors for me through literally "learning HOW to learn", starting clubs, and feeling welcomed. Disregarding a select few students, Millennium certainly is a great environment for any teen who wants to express themselves in a progressive, intelligent, and accepting setting

Millennium High School is one of the rare environments in high school where everyone can be intelligent, expressive, and peaceful. I started 3 clubs in that school when I was there, the staff gives you a lot of respect and freedom. Good conduct and a hardworking mentality is well rewarded. The teachers are optimistic and very willing to help if you are willing to listen. To be fair, Millennium didn't prepare me well for the SATs or regents really. But instead they focused on critical thinking, analytical skills, presentations, etc. which are much more useful in the long run anyway. Great school, great environment, and the academic challenge is what you make of your resources. I would recommend MHS to any kid.

Millennium has a great learning environment. Our teachers want us to get the best education possible and thats why they push us, and we do so many group projects. MHS is like one big family, we are a small school so everyone knows almost everyone.

Millennium is AMAZING! The teachers care about their jobs so much, and make sure that their students understand topics fully. Even though it's a little crowded, it's okay because we have a great environment that welcomes everyone. All students get along extremely well and build their entire class as a family come senior year. Millennium is amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

In a society where education almost always reflects your intelligence and chance of success, it is really important for the youth of today and tomorrow's society to get an education that serves them well. Millennium High School provides a strong education that helps their students become more than prepared for college. The school's faculty work diligently to help nurture the students by pushing and challenging them on a daily basis. Teachers are easily accessible after school and the students always engage in extracurricular activities. With the small classes, students always get personal attention that many larger high schools lack. The facility is well designed, always clean, and located in an area that provides them with plenty of opportunities. As an alumnus, I suggest you take advantage of such a great opportunity by enrolling your children at Millennium High School and watch them develop into promising young adults.

It is a beautiful environment where everyone is friendly and looking to help you out. We have young and cool teachers who have their students best interest at heart. There is a real sense of community in MIllennium High school, even though it is a fairly new school.

it's a public school that's very intimate, with highly educated staff, individual attention, and focusing on the individual needs of the students. With a limited budget manages to create an atmosphere of a small elite private-like school.

I love Millennium because I recently graduated and they help me prep for college. The teachers here are so loving and caring, they stay after school till 8pm if they have too, to teach us what we did not understand. Millennium made me love school and they made me into such a dedicated student that I never missed one day or have been late to any class during my 4 years there.

Millennium was such an amazing school. I graduated from there last year and am now in college. I feel that Millennium well prepared me for college. The teachers there are more kind, caring, and dedicated than other teachers at other schools. Millennium helped shape me as a person and the staff was always there to help with academic or personal problems. It really is a strong community with a lot of diversity. I can't think of any other school that is more deserving.

coming from a public school in my freshman year, the design and curriculum of MHS allowed me to expand the view on my future. The teachers are great, you make great connections with your grade, and the students are dedicated with a unique school spirit.

I used to be a student of this school. I agree that it is a good school and I would recommend students to go there, but for people who have very low self-confidence in themsevles and have a past beacuse of that I would not recommend this school. If your child doesn't have any of these problems then, in my point of view it will be a good school for him or her since it is a small school with a very big support system. Plus the academics are challenging.

The academic programs are rigorous and uses field work to help students apply their learning to the 'real world'. Instead of drilling textbooks into my child's head, she's kept entertained by the broad range of topics covered in each class. Extra-curricular activities are clubs that students have interests in. If there's an activity that there is a student interest in, the club can be made available. Most clubs are student run with under the supervision of a staff member. With clubs in the arts such as band and photography to varsity sports in fencing and basketball the school is also full of academic support. Teachers are always afterschool for students to ask for help. Tutoring is also available across all subject areas and the communication between parent and teachers are very open. No more repeated phone calls to the school wondering what my child is up to.

My daughter just started this school (9th grade) in September and I am very pleased - the staff seems very dedicated, the schoolwork is on par and the resources are great. My daughter has made many friends in the school )although there have been a few fights in the school which I am not happen about) but right away the principal sent home letters to parents explaining and asking parents to talk to their kids, etc. I am happy with the school thus far.

This small school has the feel of a private school. The attention given to the individual student is incredible. The teachers are all young, hip and committed to their students. Though the gym is small and the number of electives fewer than at a bigger school, the quality of the teaching is superb. The principal, Mr. Rhodes is very approachable and has a clear vision of where the school is going. We chose the school mainly because Mr. Rhodes impressed us so much. We are not disappointed.

This is my daughter's first year at MHS. What I love the most about MHS is the care and concern shown by her teachers. They take pride in teaching and in turn want the children to feel pride when they turn in their work. The teachers are highly skilled and work hard to keep the children focused. One way they do this is by staying after school each night in order to provide the extra help needed. The school allows the children to express themselves which is less stressful for them. I would have loved to have had my daughter in MHS one year earlier because I feel that she missed out on a year's worth of being surrounded by these wonderful teachers. I would recommend that the teachers continue with what they are doing and that they stay on top of these kids so that they don't become a statistic.
