There are many teachers that favor students. If your not in the clique you don't matter. There is a huge bullying issue for a school that is suppose to be zero tolerance to Bullying. They need to treat all the students equal and they don't!
The school talks and posts they are zero tolerance to bullying. When issues of bullying is brought to the offices attention at the high school it is brushed off and ignored. What are they waiting for (someone to take their life)? It's not just one child that is an issue it is several. The school needs to wake up NOW!!
I want to say "Thanks" to a couple past teachers Mrs. Susan Camin, Ms. Jill Keeler. They really cared for the students, they really enjoyed teaching and getting to know each and every one of them. I really wish more teachers were like them. They are greatly missed at the school.
Most teacher are fine but there is some that are self centered. They do seem to favor some of others. There also a couple teachers out of line. Acting like they are military commander other than that it is a fine district
Most of the teaching staff are fine, easy to talk to, bring up problems, but some are self centered egotists and operate their classrooms as military camps. The administration and some teachers hang together in and out of school and seem to favor the 'better' families
This is a great small town school. It offers alot of opportunity, extras, and pays attention to speacial needs. No waiting list for needed programs and excellence is noticed and rewarded. The teachers for the most part truly care about your kids, and the community is small but belives it takes a village to raise a child.
The academics are solid here, although teacher-parent communications could be better. Sports- great! I grew up here, received a strong education and passion for learning and am proud to have my children educated here.
