My son is a 3rd grader and is having some trouble. There are kids that are bullies and take it out on him. However the principal and vice principal are great. They handle the problems quickly and with excellent results.
I'm a step parent of a 3rd grader and she just loves this school. She talks highly of the teachers and she does very well. She's one of those kids that are highly intelligent and extremely inquisitive but has trouble sitting still for longer than 5 minutes. Yet, the teachers at this school have found a way to channel that energy in a positive way.
Unfortunately, I am not impressed with this school. There are too many new teachers that rely on too much text book material and not enough one on one attention a child deserves.
