My daughter attended this school last year and she was an honor student. When she came to me and her father to tell us she felt like she needed help we were confused. At her request we brought her to Sylvan and they were stunned she was an honor student. We came to the conclusion that this school has low standards. My daughter also told me everyone was on the honor roll. Clearly this school wants to be viewed better than it really is.

My son has been in the Norwich City School system since the 1st grade and has done very well. That is until he reached the Norwich Middle School. We have had a very hard time getting any help from the school or even a return phone call. We have set up parent/teacher conference with all his teachers and guidance counselor. All but one teacher refused to sign my sons homework assignment book each day so we would know this information daily. The counselor assured us she would set up tutoring for his math class that he has been struggling with. After three months she still has not followed through with this and (literally) never returns our phone calls. I am very frustrated with this school and the staff. This is not a child who has ever been a problem and all teachers state he is a pleasure to have in class.
