The school has an incredible problem with students who are less than motivated to succeed. Unfortunately, many of the teachers have developed an attitude which allows too much freedom in the classroom, then the teachers develop an attitude toward the child. The principal has established an environment which treats the child as an adult. They are at that stage where they need structure and guidance, not slips of paper telling them their action was inappropriate. We are looking elsewhere to place our child for the next school year.

My two sons have both attended this school. While the teachers in general are committed to their students. I have found that there is an underlying tone set by the principal that middle school age students are adults and should be treated as such. The children are given very little respect or common courtesy by the principal. I fear that this attitude is slowly filtering down to the teachers, causing a poor attitude toward the students. I have been pleased with the teaching and support staff; however, I would not recommended this school to any parent.
