I have 2 children at Poestenkill, and we love it! The school is very open to parent involvement, and the teachers and the aids are terrific. The school promotes respect and the students have learned this well. They are a very tolerant,friendly group of kids; the older students go out of their way to make the younger ones feel comfortable. This level of kindness is all too unusual in todays society.

We love Poestenkill, they have a wonderful program for my high ability learner son and approach his learning with the same intensity they give the special ed children. My daughter loves it there and we're thrilled with the teachers, administration and staff.

The teachers are outstanding. They really help the kids. It is like a family. Having a special ed child I can see a improvement in my child since he has went to PES. I can't say enough good about the school.
