My son is now in the 1st grade at PS 71. I am very pleased with his overall growth. His reading skills are excellent and he truly enjoys school. Everyday I get a positive report from him. He adores his teachers, Ms. Schneider (K) and Ms. Zecca (1st)!!! I am pleased with my son's overall educational growth.

I think this school is the best. It's such a great school and has helped me grow immensely. I used to attend this school and just recently raduated. My favorite teachers were Ms. Stehle, Mrs. Murphy, Ms. Levine, and Ms.Zambelli. It rocks. Thank you to all the teachers and Mr. Griffiths the principal (in 04-05 school year). I met most of my best friends there. I love this school to death.

My son has successfully completed 5th grade at 71. He has graduated with awards and is exceeding reading level. This school is by far one of the best schools I have had my children in. I highly recommend this schoo. While teachers do excellent work it is also up to us the parents to continue the teachings at home.

I believe PS 71 is one of the best Elementary Schools in the Ridgewood area. My child has advanced in all areas, the teacher's are caring, understanding, and are willing to work with the parent as well as the child. I am very pleased that my child goes to this school.
