We were a mid year transfer from Florida this year. In a very short time my younger sons learning issues were assessed and help given. Something that hadn't happened in the year and a half that he had been is school. It didn't end there either. The teachers and staff all genuinely care and continued to help him grow. My old son's fifth grade teacher was the best teacher he has had. She was also the best communicator of any teacher I have dealt with so far. Several emails a week kept me well informed of what was going on. I wish I had moved here years ago.
Leary does a tremedous job! the Class size is small and the teachers are wonderful. We love the multi age grouping for some subjects and the class looping. School district offers lots of outings. The town offers a great deal of extra cirricular activities very reasonably $ for all ages.
E. Sue Mills, the principal, and her teaching team are 100% dedicated to the education of the students at Leary!!!!
