Finger Lakes Christian School is God's gift to us as parents, allowing us to lay our heads down each night in peace. We have shalom knowing that our son, Joshua (and soon, our son Aaron), is spending his days in a special place where the Scriptures are the first and foremost, all learning is rooted in God's principles, and he is considered special, too. Pastor Scott is a firm and benevolent shepherd. As a result, so is the faculty and student body. FLCS is a God-given safe haven in an increasingly dangerous world. Dan Hennessy, Joshua's Dad

Finger Lakes Christian School undoubtedly has Christ as its focus and has a very firm, yet gentle and kind approach to its students. Scott Van Kirk, the principal/pastor of FLCS prayed with us prior to meeting him and closed in prayer; something my wife and I were very pleased with. When asked if he could describe the pre-K program, he summed it up with two words: character building. Along the way, our son, Josh, learned much academic content as well as having his character built according to God's ways. The teacher-student ratio is very low and the teacher's expectations and enthusiasm is very high. As a ministry of the church we go to, being a teacher by trade myself, we believe that FLCS represents the best in biblical and 'liberal arts' education providing our son with everyhting he needs as a young believer in Jesus Christ in a non-believing world.

Outstanding school! Daughter has been here since preK. God is at work in this school! Children learn well and are held to a wonderful standard. Waiting list for most classrooms.
