One of my children attended K-5 here, going on to do extremely well in middle school, and the other is currently still enrolled. There are many excellent teachers here, including the librarian and gym teachers, and some wonderful staff. There could be much more support for new teachers, our only negative experiences have been with new teachers with poor classroom control skills. It's a very nice community with well-attended events. Parent participation and PTA activity have increased steadily over the years I've been involved. The school was recently renovated and the setting is beautiful, big play fields out back, a gorgeous new playground, and a new set of outdoor trails and classrooms is just being finished in the woods near the creek behind the school.

My child has attended Caroline for K-2 so far and has loved all three teachers and is learning very well - compares well with a friend's child in an expensive Bay Area private school. He is an advanced reader and the teachers and librarian have done an excellent job making sure he was challenged and continuing to learn in a balanced way. Very nice library with a good collection. The gym, art and music teachers, the librarian and staff are all conscientious and dedicated and I'm impressed with the quality of their curriculums and teaching. Good discipline. Gorgeous new playground and renovations to the building underway, good class sizes (under 16 the first two years my child was there). Lots of opportunities for parent involvement, lots of involved families, good diversity of families.

There are some wonderful teachers and staff at Caroline. Happy to have my sons attend there.
