There is rampant bullying in this school. If bullying is a concern of yours- whether you suspect your child is a bully, or that your child is a victim of bullying- this school will enable the bullies, and will leave the victims in the wind.
The principal will not speak with you unless you are a favorite of hers. She is not accessible and she will palm everything off on her Assistant and her Parent Coordinator, who are also inaccessible and have visibly cringed at me when I have expressed concern. Absolutely appalling and egregiously unprofessional.
There is a community of "favorites" here. If you are one of the in people, it doesn't matter how much of a terror your child is, they will always be favored and never disciplined or corrected. When you're not favored, your child will be tortured by the children who are, and there is no recourse because the staff is disgusting about these issues. They do these BS anti-bullying things that mean nothing because bullying is rampant in this school.
My son is has ASD, and nobody seems to have the patience to deal with him when he gets bored. Im mystified by how this people are in this profession. My son is very high functioning at that, he's not even needy, he's just a pain when he isn't motivated and gets bored once in a while. All they do is complain at me as if I can control that from home.
So far so good. Just prepare our children for the best! If students are achieving high grades it should be recognized and headed accordingly. Like that the school is small. No favorites regardless of PTA participation for working mothers.
Parents and school administrators are complete snobs and cover up all the mistakes the school makes. Not the school for you if you want your child to get a proper education. Typical clicky environment filled with bored housewives and a large gossip pool. Sending my child to St. Clares.
