This school is amazing! I am a former teacher and a parent of a kindergarten student. My child's teacher is probably the best teacher I ever encountered. My child has learned more in the past 6 months then ever imagined. She is challenged everyday. The principal is extremely efficient! My child loves going to school!

This school is not good. Some teachers are great, while others don't care about the students needs. I also noticed a lot of favoritism. They have never made my children feel welcome. There are no art or music programs. I am not impressed with this school.

PS29 is truly a great school!!! My daughter started kindergarten this year, and she looks forward to every school day. Great staff, wonderful teachers, and the parents are all very involved. There is always something going on, whether they are collecting for one of their numerous charities or planning the next school trip. They are truly a "rare breed"....

The school is very pro-active with the parents via email, the teachers show a great interest in each child and they have many extracurricular activites available for the families to engage in.

I love this school because I went to this school and the teachers are great the area is great and always new if I had kids this was the only school they would go. I now have 3 and my oldest attended kicndergarten and he is now in 1st grade there its great. As a parent and one who went there I EXTREMELY recommend P.S.29 as the top school on Staten Island. Nothing beats P.S.29 love and compassion for there students.
