I have worked at PS52 for 18 years, and have always thought that the teachers in the school were dedicated, hardworking, caring people. We have worked under the best of conditions, and the worst of conditions, and still came to work everyday with smiles on our faces, ready to give our best to the wonderful little boys & girls who enter our classrooms everyday. We are a PS 52 family!

PS 52 offers a safe place for children to learn to the best of their abilities. The teachers are caring, patient and inventive. They not only made a difference in my children's lives, but in mine as well. The school offers great programs and I know my children love learning. Chess, sign language...the Arts, Literacy, Math, Science, Social Studies....my children can't make up their mind which is their favorite!

I gave the school a 3 because they have poor administration. However ,the teachers and the IEP therapists are great. The school is clean, friendly and inviting. If they replace administrative staff it would be the best school on the Island. School staff need better leadership and they are not getting it. I have noted more than a few times unpleasant tones from adinistrative staff and others when speaking to the children.
