Totally outstanding. When you hear about how clueless other parents are regarding what is missing in their schools, it is mind boggling. Syosset schools are the benchmark of how others are measured. Jericho "picks and chooses" students. Syosset takes in all students and educates. If your kid needs help, he/she will get it here. Jericho will simply "move the kids" on. And for the price of homes, why would you buy anywhere else for the same price or even $100-200k cheaper?!?? Solid values. Do your "homework" folks,

new york state ELA test result was newly released, the 4th grade ELA in village school 4.3% of 70 students get level 4, only 3 students for 3 classes, horrible, comparing to the south grove school 12.9% students get level 4. please do sth to improve it.

Quality education, easily accessible principal as well as many of the teachers. Some teachers need refresher courses on how to deal with children with learning difficulties so that the teacher's frustrations are not conveyed to the children. Overall school environment is friendly and open. If a parent wants to be involved there are plenty of opportunities to do so.

I have had two children go through this school. Quality Education. Some good teachers. World Class competitive parents. the new principal seems better than the last.....

Outstanding school. My daughter is in first grade and has Ms. Brenner who is a very effective educator. She is patient, stern and caring. The quality of education is reflected in the culture of the school. Most kids do well, not just the exceptional ones.
