Yes Mr McKenna and the staff are wonderful, but cheers to the cafeteria staff as well--as soon as the teachers drop their kids off, this fine staff watches over them and makes sure they have nutricious meals!

yes the school is wonderful and the teachers are the best in the city, even though they're under-paid... and mr mckenna is the one and only top principal in the whole city.

I think the school is wonderful with great staff and Mr.McKenna is the best. The school and teachers are the best in the whole city but the PTA rules everything else. More parents need to get involved to find out the real deal.

My daughter is a first grader at Mullen. She is a student with a disability and has received the best education possible in the past two years at mullen. My family is a huge fan of the teachers and staff at this school, they have made an easy transition for my child. We look forword to our 2 other children some day attending this school as well.

Mullen Elementary school has a solid base of quality teachers, allows for parent involvement and has steadily increased its quality of programs over the past decade to meet the ever changing NYS standards. Unfortunately the leadership isn't what it seems as their is much inner turmoil that runs between McKenna and his staff. On the plus side the staff overcomes the leaderships inadequacies (never judge a book by its cover)with much hardwork and dedication to the children. Mullen is a quality school overall and is one of the best in the City of Tonawanda.

Mr. McKenna stands out amongst Pricipals. The leadership is top notch, the teachers are excellent, and the intervention/prevention methods are outstanding. Definately a top notch school.
