My daughter attended Kindergarten at Blessed Sacrament School. The teachers were great and the quality of education imparted was good. She enjoyed going to school everyday. The class size was small and therefore children got personal attention. We would get regular updates about her progress and the teachers scheduled regular PTA meetings to discuss any concerns we might have. It does lack a proper playground for the kids. The play area they have is very small. The school was very good about communicating urgent updates like closing due to snow.
Great school! I have 2 children who attend BSS and they've been there since nursery. Quality Christian education in a diverse student atmosphere. The school continues to grow and improve every year they've been attending. BSS students have Excellent test scores! BSS is a private school and we love it!

Being a parent of two kids coming from a private school to BSS I was disappointed. The level of academics isn't challenging enough and the diversity of the school's population is poor.
Teachers are great and everyone is one big happy family!!!!!
I am most impressed with the faculty's committment to academic opportunities, studies, and the overall learning atmosphere!
Blessed Sacrament School provides an excellent values based education for its students. As in the majority of Catholic schools, the teachers, andministrators and staff are dedicated to the students and concerned for their development academically, personally and spiritually.
Miss p. Devine has made a wonderful difference in my niece's scores thanks be to god!
Located less than 20 miles east of Manhattan, Blessed Sacrament is a vital, caring learning commuunity comprised of a diverse group of students, a dedicated and talented teaching staff, and a supportive administrative and clerical staff. As one who's been to the school as a visitor, guest speaker, and chaparone, I've experienced great energy and creativity in the teaching-learning process. I've also felt the faith commitment that's alive within the school community, which is reflective of its mission as a Roman Catholic school. I'm not the only one who's been impressed with Blessed Sacrament. I've been told that during a recent Middle States accreditation visit, one of the evaluators commented that the school is a 'hidden gem,' doing so many thing so well. I'm proud to write this review to let others know about this gem of a school. Please join me in voting for Blessed Sacrament!
I have my son going to Blessed Sacrament since he is in Pre-K, and I have found the school a great one. The teachers are concerned for the education of the children and also the discipline is excellent
