Because they care about the safety etc. of all the young people

Warsaw Elementary School is a great school because the teachers and staff work together to make for a great learning environment. They always make sure that the students are taking care of and learn what they need to learn to succeed in school. The children even love the school because they get to learn everyday and they love that the teachers look out for them.

This school has been improving over the years. The academics are rising also. If a child needs help, there is help there to be used.

The principal at the elementary level leaves a lot to be desired. Teachers who are well qualified and have children are just as likely to do an excellent job as those who don't. The teachers are wonderful at this school, but I see that the moral is low due to problems with administration.
