The friendliest and best teachers and staff ever!!!
The academic programs are decent. There are art and music programs, but not many extracurricular activities. In the younger grades, parent involvement is encouraged, as students get into upper elementary grades, such as 4th and 5th, the level of parent involvement, such as parents invited to school parties, goes down to almost none. They do however, encourage parents to participate in homework, and projects.
I have a daughter that goes to this school. She gets special Ed. The teachers are great. They really understand what your kid needs. I've never had a problem with any teacher if you have a question you can call or write to them and they get back to you. They even have voice mail for the teachers. They put homework on the voice mail. I wouldn't move from this distric.
