This school is horrible for sixth graders the children and staff are very unwelcoming

Posted April 29, 2009

The school is small, half the size of Woodland, the other middle school in the district which is an advantage. The kids and teachers all know each other. Most of the teachers are excellent, enthusiastic, and caring. The administration I feel was more hands-on in the past (the former principal always came to Rec Night, etc) but nonetheless, a very good school.

Clarke Middle School has a top notch learning environment. The administration, teachers and staff are on the ball, they really seem to care about the students and their progress. Discipline is fair and quickly meted out increasing safety and morale. School facilities are clean and modern (but the food is not the best according to the students). All in all, a great choice.
