Several of my children went to CCA for elementary school. I was really happy with the education they received. There are no perfect schools but I really loved this one. I'd give it 4.5 stars. Pros: Caring teachers and conscientious staff including everyone from to the janitor to the school nurse, rigorous academics, sports teams start in 3rd grade, plenty of extra help for struggling students, solid Bible teaching in every grade level starting in Kindergarten and going all the way up, one of the best gymnasiums I've seen in a public or private school, lots of extracurricular activities. Cons: The textbooks (especially science and social studies) seemed a little dated, and I noticed this across many grade levels. Administration can be inflexible.

This school is good academically speaking but the character demonstrated from the students is far from that Christ would have us portray. Most of these students are taught well in how the world looks at it...but when considering the view as a Christian mom..I have always seen poor character abound from many who attend.

CCA is a great school. The teachers are caring and seek to help children grow as people as well as scholars. The standards are very high academically and socially. Extra curricular activies include drama, music, baseball, track, basketball and soccer. Recently they have added Mock Trial and Lego League. Lego League keeps winning regional championships, too!

CCA is a blessing! As a former parent of two students who attended CCA from 2003 through 2008, I would recommend any prospective parent to check the school out. The faculty and staff are kind, educated, capable and loving. The apparent love and concern for students is obvious. The academic standards are high and Biblical principals are a part of the every day experience at CCA. If we didn't have to relocate, we'd still be there!

I consider it an honor to be able serve at CCA for the past 8 years, presently as Director of Admissions. Fielding hundreds of calls from prospective parents all over Western New York and from several other states has given me a perspective of how CCA fits into the overall 'educational landscape.' I find it a joy to be able to relate to others the high-quality, Christ-centered education offered here. I can say this even apart from my position, as I am also the parent of two CCA students - one a graduating senior and one a high school freshman, both having been at CCA since kindergarten. May I offer that a parent's search for a school for his or her child is not complete unless CCA is included in that search.
