Intermediate Education Center

Lewiston-porter intermediate is a great school. I can say that with confident because my 3 child is in that school now. Just like my other 2 children he is also very happy to be there. They have great teachers and even though my son have some learning disabilities he is doing better than ever expected. If your child need any kind of extra help they will get it in this school. They have always appreciated my involvement as a parent and made me feel welcome.

I loved Lew-Port. The teachers a re very supportive in this school. Lew-Port focuses on math and science, which are the two most impotant subjects. I have to say the art program at Lew-Port is really something to brag about. They offer at least 15 diferent courses involving the arts, including ceramics, sculpture, graphic design, interior design, and many advanceplacement courses. The enviorment is very pleasant, small town, no trouble school. students take great pride in their school. Sports are very big at lew-port, espesially Football. They offer all sports from tennis to swimming, from basketball to bowling. There is many after school clubs such as Kwinnas Key Club, International siblings, Newspaper Club, book Club, Varsity Club, and many other clubs that prepare you for college too! The parent involvement at Lew-Port is very high. Staff makes a great effort to involve parents in their children's acedemic future.
