The truth about Andrews High School is the majority of the teachers care more about being your friend than they do about being your teacher. They try their best to get paid for doing nothing, and hardly any work ever gets done at this school besides watching movies and playing games. I transfered out my junior year, and it was amazing how far behind Andrews was. I spend my last 2 years playing catch-up. The education I recieved at Andrews was unacceptable, and thanks to AHS, the only preparation I had for college was the 2 years at another school.

Andrews High is really a good school. Although there are a couple of teachers who make comments about religion and race. But my child reminds them that she is of a mixed race and religion and that what they say is wrong. But overall most teachers are nice and easy to work with. The athletic director is wonderful and we hate to lose her and she will be missed. It is a cultural mix of students and teachers at the school which makes it unique. Chorus instructor is really great and they give great shows. My kids would never think of going elsewhere. They are good students and makes good grades.
