Loving environment. I believe the teachers and director truly love the children and that my child feels safe and secure in their care. Parent involvement is encouraged, and the pre-school has an open door policy. Communication with the director is easy. The classrooms are large and in good condition. Student teacher ratio is kept low. The campus offers nature views and a paved area for bike riding. However, the teachers are poorly paid and the quality of toys, art supplies, and playground is lacking. New toys and playground items have been recently made, but still more could be done. The teacher quality across all ages is not consistent and there has been a lot of turn over; which can be attributed to low pay. They have a learning by play educational philosophy and my child seems to be thriving. However, improvements in staff quality and child environment would make this school excellent.
