I attended this school and I am honored that my child can also attend. We both love the school, staff and students here. My son does very well in this school and that means alot. However, I feel the school lacks diversity. There are 3 races in this school, but only one is catered to. I feel that every child needs to be introduced to different cultures to open their eyes for adulthood. Every ethnic of people has something wonderful and exciting to offer. I feel the parents have a love for all people and would imbrace the chance to have a culturally diverse school.
I teach and my child is at the school. I am proud to have my child here. He has made many friends and has a wonderful teacher. She makes him work for everything he gets. I could have left my child at his previous school, but knowing how the staff feel about the students, it would have been a disservice to leave him where he was when Boomer-Ferguson was an option.
