East Rutherford Middle School

This school is great. I am a student at East and I have to admit it is the best middle school in the district. The staff there is caring and they help you in whatever they can. They also try to get you involved in clubs/activities and I gaurantee you will make many friends and live the best middle school life there is! East is both fun and educational!! =)

ERMS is an excellent school the friends your kid will make is phenomenal. I am now an eighth grader at ERMS and enjoy every second.

I agree, the principals do not do what they should. The fights are a very big problem. The teachers, the guidance, and especially the principals need to fix this problem. I fear at times for the safety of my children.

East Rutherford Middle School is a terrible school to go to they cause problems for children and do not help them succed. I myself and other parents i have know have had many problems the years that my child went there thank the lord she is in highschool now cause if she was still there i do not know what i would do. My child did very well like her teachers but our problems come from the principles. They dont watch the children safley enough and should do a better job at it. In her 3 years there they had numerous fights. Sometimes they had 3 and 4 fights a week. To me this is a little ridiculous. Im sorry to say but if your child/children go to this school i truley do hope they succed and you dont have problems but this school really is a disgrace.

East Rutherford Middle School is a great place to learn. The teachers and administrative staff are very supportive and encourage children to learn. The school's principal was named Rutherford County Schools Principal of the Year for 2004, and there are a wide range of course options and extracurricular activities.
