My husband and I love this school. The staff, teachers and principal genuinely care for their students. Everyone knows everyone by name. Parental involvement is highly encouraged. Our daughter is thriving, growing and learning more everyday. We are so happy and blessed that our children get to go to such a wonderful school. Wonderful memories, great academics and a caring, professional staff are what you and your children will get out of this amazing school.
Overall this school invites parent involvement and has a very personal feel that is appropriate for elementary school where children thrive in a close-knit, loving environment. Compare the high test scores that are comparable to other schools in the region who have far fewer economically disadvantaged children and it is amazing what the school accomplishes. There are three teachers that are dreaded - probably fewer than other schools, but I wonder after years of complaints why these teachers are not let go. If you get one, you are stuck. Too many parents want out for them to accomodate anyone. Overall an excellent school!
I attended this school as well as my child does now....Some things don't change and CBS is one of them! I love the close attention that is given to the children and you can tell they recipricate it by the smiles upon their faces.
I have been very plesed with the quality of teachers and education in this building. Both of my children have thrived here.
The commitment from the whole staff is awesome!
I love this school. It is a small town environment. The teachers and staff know each child individually, which makes it hard for kids to get left behind. I have not had a bad experience at all!!! I love having my children attend this school. They appear to be doing work that is above standards for other schools as well.
I love this school. I could not imagine a better elementary experience for my child!
