Staff details Southwest Middle School administration strives to employ and retain the most highly qualified staff to support the school’s mission in the community. All teachers are middle school certified and certified in their content areas and grade level as well as 46% of our teachers have advanced degrees, while 86% are highly qualified. Student to teacher ratios are evaluated regularly by our administration to assure that all positions are filled to benefit the students.
