After working at this facility, I find that it does well at retention of youth. The school is great. Most of the staff is sincere about helping and directing the paths of the youth. Some of the interpersonal relationships amongst supervisors and staff need to be kept a little more descret. Overall the help for the youth is great, they can get caught up in staffs personal qualms a lot. I have seen this.
